1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Casta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Authorized Use

You may use Casta only for accounts, pages, channels, webhooks, and social media properties that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for all content submitted through the application.

3. Platform Rules

Casta integrates with third-party services such as X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, API limits, automation rules, and enforcement decisions.

4. Credentials And Sessions

Casta may store encrypted credentials, OAuth tokens, webhook URLs, and browser cookies in its database so the app can publish content and verify sessions. You are responsible for protecting server access, the database, backups, and the application secret key.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for posts, captions, media files, scheduling choices, links, and any other content published through Casta. Do not use Casta for spam, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, or unauthorized access.

6. Service Availability

Casta depends on your hosting environment and third-party platforms. Browser automation flows and third-party APIs may fail due to login challenges, platform changes, account restrictions, token expiration, network issues, or server restarts.

7. Backups And Recovery

You are responsible for backups of the database, environment file, secrets, uploaded assets, and configuration. Without the original secret key, encrypted credentials and tokens may not be recoverable.

8. No Warranty

Casta is provided as-is, without warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted publishing, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casta's maintainers and operators are not liable for lost accounts, failed posts, deleted content, lost data, platform enforcement, business losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the application.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
